Sr. IAM Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Chicago, IL or Tempe, AZ (2 or 3 days onsite per week)

Job Description:
As a Sr. IAM BA Analyst in Identity Governance and Administration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of user identity data within our organization. You will collaborate closely with application teams to obtain user extracts, validate them against our identity solution, and identify any discrepancies, ultimately strengthening our identity governance and security practices.

Note: These are Analyst positions, not Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes to ensure compliance.
• Oversee identity lifecycle management including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification.
• Develop and enforce governance policies and standards.
• Coordinate and manage periodic access reviews and audit responses (SOX/SOC).
• Define and monitor IGA KPIs; report to leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements in governance workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business units, IT, and auditors.
• Investigate and mitigate identity-related risks.
• Maintain documentation and provide governance training.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on complex, multi-team projects.
• Proven experience in identity governance, administration, or data validation.
• Familiarity with identity management tools and systems.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
• Proficient with Visio and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled with SQL queries and data investigation.
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle and access certification processes.
• Experience with centralized and de-centralized IGA implementations.
• Experience creating metrics and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in IAM or data governance.
• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
