ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Technical + Managerial)
Start Date: ASAP
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or Solution Analyst, with hands-on exposure across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps).
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and experience aligning solutions with ITIL processes.
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Active ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification.
- Background in object-oriented programming and software development principles.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience as a ServiceNow Developer who transitioned into a BA role.
- Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
